You will support clients throughout the entire real estate process, from purchasing and selling to property investment. By applying your market insight and industry expertise, you will evaluate opportunities, provide informed guidance, and help clients achieve their real estate goals.
Responsibilities - Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
- Assist with contract to close tasks such as attending the home inspection
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
