Salary: $55,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 1-2 years of experience in an ERP, data analyst, business analyst, or data coordination role.
• We prefer experience with Odoo ERP, though it is not required.
• We require strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, filtering, and data manipulation.
• We need the ability to handle large volumes of structured data accurately.
• We value strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• We expect good verbal and written communication skills.
• We consider exposure to AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar solutions an advantage.
• We see basic knowledge of automation, scripting, Power Query, VBA, or Python as a plus.
• We find experience with ERP data imports and exports beneficial.
• We welcome interest in learning AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor for basic drawing interpretation.
• We look for high attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
• We value strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• We want someone willing to learn new systems, tools, and business processes.

• We prepare, cleanse, validate, and upload ERP master data using our Excel templates.
• We transform business data into ERP-ready formats for imports and updates.
• We review Excel files, identify data issues, and verify accuracy before uploading.
• We use AI tools and automation methods to reduce manual data processing.
• We help develop and improve scripts, workflows, and data import processes.
• We review PDF drawings and engineering documents to extract relevant product information.
• We create structured datasets for released sales orders and new product requirements.
• We build and maintain ERP records for new parts, assemblies, and other product-related data.
• We support sales order creation and data entry within Odoo ERP.
• We work closely with engineering, operations, customer service, and other business users to gather and validate information.
• We document procedures, data standards, and process enhancements.
